Hello, I am Sophie and I would love to welcome you to The Cottage Healing Centre for one of my deeply restorative 4 Elements Massage or Reflexology well-being treatments.

I have been a holistic therapist since 2003. I named my business Iruveli Holistics after the island of Iruveli in the Maldives where I had one of the best holidays before the children came along! I chose this name because the island is so wonderful and relaxing – like the treatments I offer.
I provide 4 Elements massage and “Cosmic” Reflexology this is what everyone at The Cottage who has had reflexology with me calls it!

4 Elements Massage:

4 Elements Massage uses a different technique and philosophy to usual massage. The client is very much in control and directs the treatment, and I use the softer parts of my body, like the forearms to give the massage. It is safe, gentle yet powerful. For example, the client will tell me whether the treatment should be very light, or very deep.

4 Elements Massage is not a “therapist knows best” treatment. Instead I listen to the client because they know their body and then I use my skills, extensive knowledge and experience to provide the treatment they need.

Reflexology:

Reflexology is the art of stimulating different pressure points on the feet that relate to specific areas of the body. This identifies any areas that are out of alignment or unbalanced and helps put the body back into balance. It is extremely relaxing and calming.
